Cargo terminal and freighters
A cargo terminal, two freighter types and their handling vehicles now work alongside the passenger flights.
Kai Tak now has a cargo terminal and freighters, working alongside the passenger flights.
The cargo apron
The cargo terminal stands at the north-east end of the apron, as on the 1996 chart: maroon walls, white end towers, and stacked containers on the roof. Stands 41 to 46 lie on the far side of the lane, with each freighter nose-in to a roller door.
Freighters in the schedule
A 747-400F and an A300-600F join the traffic, in two cargo airlines' colours. Two of the eight runway slots in each cycle are now cargo flights: they land, taxi to a cargo stand, are unloaded, and later push back and depart. The flight board shows them as Loading.
Cargo handling vehicles
At each cargo stand a main-deck loader docks at the side door, and a tug brings a train of container dollies. A forklift shuttles pallets along the terminal's airside docks, and container trucks work the landside docks. They run on the sim clock, like the other ground vehicles.
Maintenance hangars and car park
The maintenance hangars are in the far north-west corner behind the passenger terminal, with open door bays and skylight strips, and aircraft in for maintenance on the apron in front. The car park roof now has parked cars in its bays and a bigger crowd of spotters.

貨運停機坪
貨運大樓喺停機坪東北端，同 1996 年圖表一樣：棗紅色外牆、白色端塔，天台疊住貨櫃。41 至 46 號機位喺通道對面，每架貨機機頭向住捲閘門。
貨機加入時間表
747-400F 同 A300-600F 加入交通，塗上兩間貨運公司嘅顏色。每個週期八個跑道時段之中，有兩個係貨運航班：降落、滑行去貨運機位、卸貨，之後推出同起飛。航班資訊板會顯示「裝貨中」。
貨運地勤車輛
每個貨運機位都有主貨艙裝載車對住側門，仲有拖車拖住一列貨櫃平板車。叉車喺大樓空側碼頭之間運送貨板，貨櫃車就喺陸側碼頭工作。佢哋同其他地勤車輛一樣跟模擬時鐘行。
維修機庫同停車場
維修機庫喺客運大樓後面嘅西北角，有打開嘅機庫門同天窗，前面停機坪有維修中嘅飛機。停車場天台而家車位入面有泊好嘅車，觀景人群都多咗。
