New: a high score table with Captain and First Officer ranks
Hand-fly the IGS 13 approach and your landing goes on a saved high score table, ranked from Captain down to Cadet.
Fly Kai Tak now keeps a high score table. Land the IGS 13 approach by hand and your score goes on the board, with a rank that depends on how well you flew it.
Ranks
Every landing is scored out of 100 for touchdown rate, touchdown point, centreline, bank and airspeed. The score sets the rank, and the table is sorted by score.
- Captain: 90 and above
- First Officer: 76 to 89
- Second Officer: 60 to 75
- Flight Engineer: 45 to 59
- Cadet: below 45
What counts
Only hand-flown landings in the IGS 13 approach mode are ranked. A landing with the autopilot switched on at any point, or after a rewind, still gets its grade but is not added. Crashes are not scored.
Your callsign and where it is kept
Type a callsign of up to 12 characters on the result screen and press Enter. It is remembered for next time. The table is saved in your browser, so it is still there after you close the tab. The top ten also show on the home screen under High scores.
The table is per browser for now. The repository includes a small Cloudflare Worker and D1 database that can make it one shared table for every player.
Fly Kai Tak 而家有最高分榜。親手降落 IGS 13 進場，分數就會上榜，官階就睇你飛得幾好。
官階
每次降落都會按接地速率、接地位置、中線偏差、傾側角同空速計分，滿分 100。分數決定官階，榜單按分數排序。
- 機長：90 分或以上
- 副機長：76 至 89 分
- 第二副機師：60 至 75 分
- 飛行機械師：45 至 59 分
- 見習機師：45 分以下
幾時計分
只有喺 IGS 13 進場模式親手駕駛嘅降落先會上榜。途中開過自動駕駛，或者倒帶之後降落，仍然會有評級，但唔會加入榜單。墜機唔計分。
呼號同儲存位置
喺結果畫面輸入最多 12 個字元嘅呼號，然後㩒 Enter，下次會記住。榜單儲存喺你嘅瀏覽器，閂咗分頁都仲喺度。頭十名亦會顯示喺主畫面嘅最高分入面。
榜單暫時係每個瀏覽器各自一份。倉庫入面有一個細小嘅 Cloudflare Worker 同 D1 資料庫，可以變成所有玩家共用一張榜。
