New: link taxiways between the runway and taxiway A
Five angled bitumen strips now cross the grass between the runway and the parallel taxiway.
The grass between the runway and taxiway A is no longer an unbroken strip. Five angled bitumen link taxiways now cross it, as they do in the aerial photographs of the real airfield.
What changed
- Five paved links join the runway edge to taxiway A along its length, each slanted toward the Runway 31 end.
- The links are the same asphalt as the runway and taxiway, so the pavement reads as one surface.
What did not change
- The autopilot still lands in every weather preset, and flying with no input still ends in a crash.
