Fix
Fix: the 747 upper-deck hump now has the right shape
A lower, wider hump with a long slope back into the roof, like the real jet.
The upper-deck hump on the 747-400 was too tall and too narrow, so it looked like a tower on the roof. It is now lower and wider, with a long shallow slope back into the roof, which is how the real jet is shaped.
What changed
The hump now stands about a third lower above the roof of the main fuselage and is slightly wider in proportion. It rises just behind the nose, stays at full height over the flight deck and the front of the upper deck, then fairs back gradually into the roof. The flight deck glazing and the upper-deck windows follow the new shape.
What did not change
- Only the look of the 747-400 changed. Its size, weight and handling are the same.
- Flying with no input still ends in a crash, and the autopilot still lands in every weather preset.
