Helicopter tour: only the guide speaks
Radio traffic is silent on the harbour tour. The calls still show as text, and the guide is the only voice.
On the Hong Kong harbour helicopter scenic tour, the guide is now the only voice you hear. Radio traffic is no longer spoken.
What changed
- The Approach and Tower calls to the jets landing at Kai Tak are silent on the tour. No voices and no squelch clicks.
- With Radio on, the calls still show as text on the left of the screen, so you can follow the traffic across the bay.
- The guide's commentary is no longer held up or cut off by radio calls.
- The rotor and turbine sound and the weather stay as they were.
What did not change
- In Plane Spotter and every flying mode, the radio is spoken as before.
- The autopilot still lands in every weather preset, and flying with no input still ends in a crash.
